Quiet small Mall inside, few shops open. Asian restaurants & New Yen Supermarket on lower ground are ok outside. Education offices closed 2nd floor.

If you could imagine the market alleys of old cities that you see in movies and imagine still existing in foreign cities (thus fuelling the tourist traps that take the shine off that particular fantasy) except in a single building and actually real, this place is that. There is a great variety of shops available, catering to many different purposes, most with the tiny shop front (and sometimes bigger inside) aesthetic that seals the deal. You might not find everything you want here but you will find something, and that's what matters.

The traditional cheesecake is very fresh and yummy at this shop and great customer services as well, friendly staff. Will be back for more.

Best Taiwanese pork stew rice in town. Service could always improve but it's already far better than majority of the restaurant in Chinatown. Try their chili sauce. It's really good and not too spicy.

We went here to get some Japanese cuisine at the first floor and were not disappointed. I do not know what other gems are located here, but the place that we went in had cheep food and drinks of comparatively good quality and took us completely by surprise. Totally worth it to have a go.

Lots of great choices to dine & all well priced. I especially recommend Menya if you're a fan of Ramen. The set menu is a great deal

Ben coming here for years. Contrary to the name of the place, you won't find many dumplings here. The special meat and rice combo with a side and a ice tea is the reason I come here. Highly recommended is you need a quick and cheap meal before going out into the city. Only bad thing here is that if you don't during peak hours there can be a bit of a wait.

This place hasn't changed much since my uni day. Still looks a bit run down and dirty. The shops inside and outside changes every now and then but some stay the same. Best to have some dumplings downstairs if you are looking for some foods.

A small mall area with lots of different restaurants, shops and services. It is a bit dated but it feels like you are going back in time which is part of the charm. The Chinese Noodle House here is really good and the Thai on level 1 are both really nice restaurants. It's very busy most of the time which gives the place a nice buzz.
